Therapeutic Orientation
I believe that great therapy is the result of a strong relationship combined with the ability
to provide effective and compassionate treatment. I believe that each person seeking therapy
deserves to find a therapist they connect with and can trust. My goal is that every client will leave
therapy with the ability to manage the concerns that brought them in initially. I incorporate
cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused, narrative therapy, cognitive processing
therapy, person-centered therapy, and strengths based techniques to help each client work
towards more positive relationships, better communication, and increased emotional health.
