Therapeutic Orientation
I operate from a client centered perspective where I believe each client knows best about
their individual experience and I am here to develop an empathetic safe place to join clients
through their journey of life. Since each individual is unique, I utilize an integrative approach
to therapy by tailoring treatment specifically to each client's needs and goals. Primarily, I
structure treatment around cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral
therapy, psycho-educational, solution-focused, and social justice modalities.

Experience
I have experience working in the mental health field for the past 5 years. I have worked in
community mental health in the Child and Family Department at Multicare Behavioral Health
and at HopeSparks in Puyallup. I have helped co-facilitate social skills groups for teenagers as
well as teen girl self-esteem groups. I also have experience working with mental health issues
in school settings. Currently, I am in private practice as a psychotherapist.
